Refund and Cancellation Policy. Online agreement.

The policy of FID Trust International Limited in relation to the refund of money is in accordance with the directive of the European Union (EU Distance Selling Directive), which entered force in October of 2000, and the part of the legislation of Great Britain, which determines the protection of consumers (Consumer Protection – Distance Selling, Regulations 2000).This legislation applies to all transactions, made on the territory of Great Britain, when the consumer does not meet face to face with the sales representative while conducting the transaction (payment).

FID Trust International Limited need minimum amount of time to process your order.

As a rule it comprises not more than 24 hours, though it might take us a bit longer to do this due to holidays and days off, when we get your order at night time or need to obtain additional information which are subject to Anti-Money-Laundering laws. Thus we kindly ask you to make your orders in advance.

It will take us approximately from 1 to 4 days to prepare and send your order for you to receive it.
